the following scores were used to create the sounds for the works: when stars become words... for the 2007 mercosur biennial in porto allegre brazil. you can see images of the final installation here.
the entire score is 12 pages/drawings made with pencil, watercolor, and collage on vintage musical notation paper. the images are based on maps of constellations of the southern hemisphere from the book pictured below.
